Description

Giant Arm Spool adapter to fit Giant Arm PETG Spool. Measures 75mm diameter and 55.5 mm width.

 

Printed with 3 walls at .28 layer height and 5% gyroid infill.

Fits great and can be removed relatively easy.

Perfect fit. Snug but not too tight. It also provided enough additional surface area for my dessicant spool insert to finally fit securely inside my various Giant Arm rolls. Thank you very much for this model, I'm already printing 3 more.

Perfect quick print to solve the problem with these spools. It was the lowest cost filament in the color I needed, but couldn't use it with the AMS. Problem solved!

Try to resize it up in 1% increments, not all printer settings /filaments are the same. When I printed this it held firm and hasn't given me any issues on the A1 AMS and I've switched out the original with many filament rolls and it still holds good. So it could just need a couple tweaks in the print profile, being user specific. I know it's a really simple design, I thought of putting little ridges or slits along the circumference to aid in fitting, may remix it one day.
