Description

Build difficulty: Moderate

These are STL files used to create the 3D printed LA Lakers Neon LED sign. Entire model is around 16 inches tall and 20 inches wide. Other materials used to build are listed below. I printed in multiple pieces and used a soldering iron to weld the pieces together.

Neon LED strips: There are several brands available. Some are cuttable every 1 cm, others are cuttable every 2.5 cm below are the ones I used for this sign:

Purple (I used this brand of purple which is cuttable 2.5 cm but it would be easier to build this with the 1 cm cuttable brand lamomo):

I see the spools come in 16 foot straps. about how many feet of the strip do you end up using for this print?

I can try to measure when I am at my pc. but less than 1 spool of each color

ok I wanted to make sure I didn't need more than 1. first time printing something like this. plan to print to give as a gift so was curious

No more
