Description

Device to train Foot stability

 

BOM:

-Printed Parts

-3/4in width velcro with adhesive backing

-some strong string or twist tie

 

Cut 5 strips of one side of the velcro to 4.4in (112mm). Stick them to the indented grooves on the foot trainer.

 

Cut strips of the other side of velcro to the length of the pegs. 2x 3.5in (89mm) and 1x 6.65in (170mm) and stick to the flat side of the pegs.

 

 

Next, attach the two parts of the stability trainer together by looping your string or twist ties through the holes and knotting or twisting until the parts are secured so they wont seperate, but loose enough to twist and rotate freely
