Description

I really loved the original model of this toothpaste squeezer but it kept on jamming.

I've made a few modifications and I think now works really well.

Thank you @Luke's 3D for the original design!

This is recommended to be printed in PETG with 0.2 layer height.

16/12/2023 Update

Removed the top overhang of the squeezer body. This will improve the print quality and aspect.

08/12/2023 Update

Removed the logo from the squeezer body.

29.07.2023 Update

I've made the body a little bit taller to fit better with the shaft.

04.02.2023 Update

I've added some more tolerance to the threaded shaft and nut and I've uploaded the new ones.

The diameter of the nut was 1 mm to big, but now it works fine.

I found the nut 3% to large I just scaled it down by 3%. it's really weird though I know I have printed this exact model before without an issue and I really thought it was the same role of petg Elegoo brand White but maybe it was a different roll I don't know. definitely the nut was too big this time. if I changed any settings between printings it wasn't intentional

Just a little bit of artifacts on the main body but does not affect function.

I've made a modification and I eliminated the top overhang of the squeezer body now. The new body is the updated one on both profiles and also as a single stl. You can give it a try and reprint the body now. Thank you for your feedback!

Printed in PLA .2mm. It works great for smaller tubes. Our 8.2oz of toothpaste would not fit unfortunately. it was a bit too narrow. If I may suggest making it maybe 5mm longer so it could accommodate larger toothpaste tubes. Also, it was a little difficult to slide the tube through the housing and into the center grove. I would suggest adding a chamfer to the center grove to better guide the end as it is hidden from view.
