First of all - thanks for design, my son play it very well. Second - height of coins better when 0.3 mm thiner - in this case it fits perfect, because original coins can stucked (so, I spent some time for cleaning holes to move coins smoothly). So - red coins has original height, white coins 0.3 mm thiner.

The chips are a little thick and sometimes get stuck. If they could be 1/2 mm thinner they'd would slide and fall out easier.

Check if you have any left over material sitting near the holes. Mine slides perfectly. There is 0.5mm of "tolerance".

I trimmed off .5 and they work much better. no real reason for them to be super tight so can't hurt :) kids love this so big thanks! it was fun to be able to print it a bit more interesting colors.

Yep, had this issue too. According to my calipers, the tolerance is pretty tight (some of the slots on my printed ended up around 3.55 mm and the chips are 3.5 so they don't slide). Printing the chips 0.5 mm smaller for a smooth slide. Otherwise a great print! Thanks!
