The first Foldable kickstand for Steam Deck

This is an easy-to-print foldable stand for the Steam Deck. The print is optimised for 0.4mm nozzles at 0.2mm layer height. After the print has cooled down, you need to unfold the stand and possibly break it free. I would recommend to print it in PLA, because there are the least problems with the joint and the breaking free of the stand. PETG is possible (I have done all my test prints in PETG).

The two corners at the curve of the deck must be heated until they become soft and then adjusted to the contour. Then all the screws will fit.

Unfortunately I don't have a Steam Deck at home yet, but that didn't stop me from creating a stand. (The deck on the pictures is printed)
I used the official CAD files and plans from Steam and adapted everything to them.
To fix the stand, the 4x M1.6 screws on the back are used. Unfortunately I couldn't test yet if the original screws are long enough or if you need 1-2mm longer screws. If someone already owns a Steam Deck, I would be very happy to receive feedback and adapt the model if necessary.

Das ist ein einfach zu druckender klappbarer Ständer für das Steam Deck. Der Druck ist für 0.4mm Düsen bei 0.2mm Layerhöhe optimiert. Nach dem der Druck abgekühlt ist musst du noch noch den Ständer aufklappen und eventuell freibrechen. Ich würde empfehlen es in PLA zu drucken, weil da die wenigsten Probleme mit dem Gelenk und dem freibrechen des Ständers gibt. PETG ist aber möglich (Ich selbst habe alle Testdrucke in PETG gemacht)

Die beiden Ecken bei der Rundung des Decks müssen erwärmt werden bis sie weich werden und dann an die Kontur angepasst werden. Dann passen alle Schrauben.

Leider habe ich selbst noch kein Steam Deck zuhause liegen, aber das hat mich nicht daran gehindert einen Ständer zu kreieren. (Das Deck auf den Bilder ist gedruckt)
Ich habe mich anhand der offiziellen CAD Dateien und Pläne von Steam orientiert und alles daran angepasst.
Zum befestigen des Ständers werden die 4x M1.6 Schrauben auf der Rückseite übernommen. Leider konnte ich noch nicht testen ob die originalen Schrauben lang genug sind oder man dafür 1-2mm längere Schrauben benötigt. Wenn jemand schon ein Steam Deck besitzt würde ich mich über ein Feedback sehr freuen und gegeben falls das Modell anpassen.
