During the initial AMS spool sensing operation, the helper fell off as soon as the filament direction was reversed (respooling). Also, I found the design to be too flexible with the middle material removed.
Also, I printed the -1sm version
Therefore it did not work at all. Printed on X1C with Bambu PLA Basic

I printed "-1" version. Too high in my oppinion. Comes off while reels turn backword direction so I used double side tape and it works but... For more than 1kg rolled on the reel forget to use this cause filament will rub the back off this helper. Recommend to use flexi plastic then PLA. 1 helper was broken by the printer where reels worked backword.

has anyone else had any issues with the legs for the wall helpers snapping off berceuse of the way the layers are printed, like in my photos below ? im printing them with 100% infill

Hi do you also experience that the lid doesnt close properly with this installed ?

Yes, the part presses the filament to the lid, but I can't change that, the original design is from dkarjadi, I just adapted it for myself. Maybe it could be made shorter, but I haven't bothered with that yet.

I shortened it by 1 sm but haven't tested it yet, printer is busy :)
The shortened one is under raw model files with -1sm on the filename.

When my AMS material gets stuck, the bracket may be pulled off due to excessive tension.
