Description

Radius gauge for measuring inner and outer fillets from different parts.
One assembly for R 1-10mm, another for R11-30mm.

Thanks Jaha for orginal model.

Remix differences :

To be compatible with M4 L20 socket head screw.
A bit more thin than original so screw fits properly.
Multicolor design.

6 pointless color change. that increases the process time and waisted filament purging. otherwise it's a good tool

Thanks for your feedback. When I printed I had the minimum swap possible, maybe there is something wrong with the file, can you elaborate please?

So many colour changes! Can't understand why the invisible unseen layers need to be a different colour in the middle. Except it comes through when you have a darker colour under the lighter colour. Why couldn't the colour change be whole layer? Great otherwise.

The small triangle dark patch, and the large dark patch between the 1 and the hole are colour changes that didn't need to happen. I watched it as it printed and it put black bits in the middle of otherwise yellow layers when there was nothing above it like the 1 that needs black behind it

I ended up flipping the guages over and printing numbers up. Some didn't like printing numbers down. Looks amazing!

Overall great design but with a couple of problems, none of which impact its functionality though. 1. I needed to rework the color paining in the 3MF to avoid some excessive color swaps. 2. On the 1-10mm tool all the text faces the same direction...on the 11-30mm tool one of the stacks will always be flipped. (see pictures) 3. I moved both handles (4 pieces) to the same plate. By splitting to 2 separate plates, that effectively doubles the waste in color swaps.
