3D model description

If you are building custom Roll Cage or tube bumper, this is the tool for you.

*You are buying the STL & STEP files to print using a 3D Printer.

This tool works for Aluminum, Stainless and Mild Steel tubing materials. You can use this tool to mark the tubing with a Sharpie and cut out a perfect notch to fit any angle in the set.

This set is for 2-1/2" OD Tubing, It includes 15, 22.5, 30, 45, 60, 67.5, 75 and 90 degree angles. This is a complete set of 8 files to print.
(ALL eight angle files are included)

This is a good fit for the tubing with 0.008 clearance, with a good chamfer angle to get your sharpie mark all the way around the tools.

A Chassis Fabricator friend was using paper templates for his extreme angles because most tubing notchers are limited to 45 degrees. He asked if I could make these for him. He uses them every day for quick repeatable notches, these are the most common angles that he uses.

**NOTE: I also have other sizes tubing and different angles available, simply DM me.

3D printing settings

Both the STL & STEP files are included.
And a 3mf file for the complete set all at once.
I like to print them with a better quality setting (Optimal) due to some thin angle edges.
