3D Printing Settings

Layer height: 0.1mm (works best) - 0.2mm

Infill: 100%

Outer lines: Min 3

Placement: Glider is rotated 45° in z-axis so that the infill of the first layer goes along the wings. This gives some rigidity when bending the wings and stabilizers.

It's a nice model, but you have to be very careful to fold the tail and wings symmetrically otherwise it will twist during flight.

I hope, I can help you take off: How did you prepare the plane? It's crucial to bend the stabilizer to ~45° and to bend the tail slightly up on the wing base. For more stability you can bend the wings slightly up on their roots. Furthermore it should then be absolutely symmetrical without twists to have a linear flight. What material (manufacturer)? There are some varieties of PLA that are somewhat denser and don't work as well. (some Prusament colors for example like olive green)
