Description

Flute.

For printing at the same time or choosing several colors.

After producing the flute, it is necessary to have the skills to remove all the supports in the holes, if necessary, use a drill to better remove all impurities.

If necessary, sand the parts to ensure correct air passage.

The flute produces sound despite not having the correct tuning

Very difficult to remove supports. Sound not too tuned, very good appearance

Thank you very much for your effort, but the flute is very hard to print. Removing of filament support by hand took 20 minutes. The flute doesn't sound good at all.

The flute head can be played alone, but after assembling the body parts, it cannot produce any sound. How should I handle this?

Hello I'm sorry but the project had some problems so I uploaded a new design if you want to try. I've already tested it and it's working.

Replying to @HG_Design :
Removing the supporting parts is extremely difficult; I almost injured my hands trying to remove them, and the connections between various components are problematic, loose and unstable. Glue is needed for the mouthpiece, and I have already tried twice. I don't plan to waste any more materials on this. :(

Hello Check that all the supports have been removed from the inside and from the holes. If you made a printout of the Flute_V2 model, the top part must be glued and well positioned facing the next part, if you download the 3-piece version you don't have to be careful with that. The tightness between the pieces will depend from machine to machine so I prepared an area to place sewing thread and achieve the desired tightness as you can see in the photos.

Good design. Very difficult to remove properly supports. Better choose the version in only 3 parts

It doesn't really play, maybe with thinner layer lines it'd work, but in reality no one should expect this to work that well. It's a fun novelty toy I gave to my students for passing their recorder book in school.

Had filament issues but still a lovely model. Would give it 5 but cannot
