Description

Modeled to fit 2BA threaded darts. So far, in my testing, PLA isn’t a great choice. I recommend TPU or PETG. The tip length is 25mm. Includes keyhole.

The dart tips printed fine but they are too brittle and instantly break when thrown at a dart board

I'm finding that out too. I'm trying to figure out what material works best still. I think TPU might be the way to go, but dart tips are a little too narrow to get it accurately printed.

Coming from a plastics engineering background, I didn’t think the print would work because of the molecular orientation of the part. Actual tips are injection molded so they have a lot better strength due to the orientation going with the flow of the tip allowing flexibility instead of against the flow causing brittleness. The print it’s self is great and you did a good job with it but it almost needs to be printed laying down maybe?

Hilfe, Problem: die Grösse die hier hinterlegt ist, passt bei mir nicht, hab in Bambu Studio die Einstellung auf zoll geändert, das leider auch nicht passt, was mach ich falsch?, mit Filament von "Esun PLA+" wäre es ein super Material.
