The original design worked quite well but some areas were lacking and needed improvement, namely:
The original design had the touch panel facing downwards into the mount, which made it difficult to enter the lock combination as you cannot see what you were pressing. ### Solution
The model is now mirrored so that the other end of the lock is inserted into the mount instead.2. Mounting holes too small
The mounting holes on the mount were too small at the entrance which makes difficult to fit screws that have a slightly larger head.### Solution
The entrance to the mounting holes have been slightly enlarged to accommodate for M5 screws with a larger screw head.3. Arch not flush against bicycle bar
The arch of the mount that faces the bicycle wasn't suited for the curvature of my bicycle's bars (mine had less of an arch).### Solution
The curvature of the surface facing the bicycle bar has been decreased so the model can sit closer against the bike bar when mounted.
For reference, these changes were made to accomodate for a Reid Granite 1.0 bicycle. Suitability of this model will depend on the physical attributes of your bicycle.
