Description
The GigaLight is perfect for your work area, desk, nightstand, bookshelf, coffee table, or anywhere else you want to have something interesting to look at.
The lantern itself prints on a single build plate.
Each side of the lantern has 2 vertical slots for the panels, one in back and one in front. The back slot is for the white diffuser panel, and the front slot is for the artwork panel. This means no filament changes and an AMS isn’t required. Multiple layered panels also give it an authentic quality and multi-dimensional feel. No panels at all gives it a classic modern feel!

Get Tea Lights
Small tea lights can be purchased at many places for less than $1 each. I recommend the small tea lights that are usually around 1.4” diameter x 1.25” tall. The maximum candle diameter is 52mm. Here’s an example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T58ZJQT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
Tips:
- I print the artwork panels using the Smooth PEI Plate, or the Textured PEI plate and both work very good with easy removal. If you use the Cool Plate, you may need to be a bit more gentle removing the art panels with your scraper.
- Wash your plate with soap and water before starting all prints.
- The top screw caps only need to be gently tightened by hand to hold the top in place.
- “Bambu Lab Logo With Text” panel will have some character/rounding to the lettering. If you want to crisp it up, you can use a razor blade to do so. The logo in the photo is straight off the printer with no cleanup. If you want to play it safe, print the Bambu Logo (without text).
