looks perfect but the holder is really too hard to works. I used support maybe it's the problem

I printed a lot of them and as you say some of them came out pretty tight. I had to do a bit of cleaning because of supports and also they get a bit looser after bit of using.
What supports did you use?

I don't remember but probably the easiest one like ''enable support'' and leave as default
