Description

Adapter for All Carboardspools with up to 198 mm Outer Diameter.

Works with nearly every spool.

55mm Adapter should fit Polymacker Spools perfect.

Just send me a massage for other Diameters or Designs.

Version 1:

Easy to print realy fast and little use of material

Version 2:

Easy to print, Realy Stable if something get stucked it will not deform. Realy cool look

Version 3:

Easy to Print, Super fast, uses just 25,46 g of Material and the inner diameter is adjustable via slicer (Just splitt into PARTS !not Objekts! and scale the inner parts as you like in x and y) but weekest version

Version 4: Core (Adjustable), the fastest, stronge and uses less Material (My Favoritversion)

Added Clamp with some space for Silica as wight and extra Silica-Gel

Profils works with PLA or ABS perfect

Slightly too small for Polymaker cardboard spools. I'll have to resize and print again.

sry for that but be carefull case the outer diameter is allready close to the AMS max size

Printed with crazy speed. Didn't really work for me unfortunately.

Oh okay if got a cht nozzel with it`s no problem but just use your own filament Profil with max flow of ~28mm³ and the slicer will adjust the rest for normal setup. Maybe I should mention that in the Profil

this is a better option for cardboard reels then the edge cover rings or the many other "hacks" to use the cardboard reels

printed fine but the ams wont fully close with this one inserted.

Then something with your AMS is strange they have a outer diameter of 202mm exactly the max size mentioned by Bambu Lab. And my AMS closes completely without any contact or problems 🤷
