Looks grate, Thanks ☆☆☆☆☆ My first one did print but the underside of the ring was rough. So I printed it in two pieces and glue together, but it was only my 3rd print on a new printer and I am still dialing it in.

I guess it needs supports? Everything was fine until the ring.

I really love this print! The 3D ring really adds a great element to a hueforge print. I printed without supports and the overhang on the ring was messy but after a clean up it looks good. When hung on the wall and with the nice frame you can't see the clean-up of the overhang on the ring. The frame is a great addition to make this print look great. Thanks for the print!

Were you able to print this without supports?

yes however the underside of ring is a little rough, I have shove the string and starched it a little to clean it but it's impossible to see it because of the frame and the angle of view I have printed it with support in first but it has made some nasty prints on the base of them.

Thank you! I was wondering how well it would print without because I felt it would ruin the print with supports. By the way, this looks like it will be an awesome print!

I confirm with support it's shitty but maybe there is a way to create support that does not begin in the print I don't know

hi and thx for that great model! I added a profile which is quite faster than yours. It's not only related to the printer. It seems you forgot to reduce the infill for the frame. So my profile handles that as well as the layer height. May switch to object based configuration and also change that in your original file for the frame. The printtime will be reduced significantly! br, B@sti edit: I also reduced the ring's infill at a specific layer height to 15%. you should consider these settings also for your other models >> less filament >> faster print! more people who will print it.. there is a howto at https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/how-to-set-slicing-parameters

Thank you very much for your comment, effectively, i think i have missed somthing in the moment of uploading the model. On the one i have printed, the infil of the frame is only 7% for a 0.28 mm height, it is enought for a simple frame, economic and cheaper. I will change those parameters in the downloadable model. Thank you very much.

you're welcome :) thx for doing the changes :) In the meanwhile my print of your profile finished. From the front everything is ok and it looks amazing. but it seems that the ring needs support. the overhangs stringed out. with the frame on the side this should be no matter at all because you wont see it. I will try again once more with my profile tomorrow as I'm using less infill which will may have a positive impact on this. despite it would kindly ask for two changes: -> can you make the base plate a little bit thicker? it's a way to flexible (otherwise I also can do this in the print profile). -> can you raise the eye? I also made some private hueforge prints and the height really makes a big difference on those models (for the 3d effect). for me - personally - it's a way too flat and more volume for the eye would improve the 3d effect tremendously.
