I present to you a little storage container which I made for the houses, hotels, character and dice for my kids Mario Monopoly game.

This lid is a dove tail sliding lid with an embossed Mario Mushroom on top. The box took about 3h38 to print and the lid about 2h. I printed the model at 0.16 using Bambulab Matte and Basic PLA which I dried in my Sunlu S4 for about 12hrs prior, although most of the colours used were new…

The printer I used is an A1 and I used gyroid infill and still found that the nozzle scraped the lids infill but as the lid is not very tall it did not cause much of a concern. At some stage it does appear as though the print on the lid is a bit course when the nozzle initially makes contact with the gyroid infill but that soon passes and still turns out great.
