Description

I bought a Katsu bushing kit for use with my little trim router, but ended up wanting to use them on the Triton JOF001 router. Obviously there is no way to mount these, so I created an adapter ring (white in pictures) that fits between the existing base and the metal frame and allows the bushings to be directly mounted. No need for the Katsu plunge router adapter.

Made as a snug fit so it doesn't move about once mounted, so you may need to experiment a little with your tolerances to get a nice friction fit. The adapter is held in place by the base, so it won't fly out if its a little loose, but tighter the better.

Please note that if you want a textured surface on the bottom, you will need to flip the model and print with supports for the bushing mounts and screw holes.

Thank you for sharing. I only needed to sand it a tiny bit for a perfect fit.

glad you're sorted. mine was a nice friction fit without sanding. Joys of calibration being different.
