Description

Create your BaBo organizer! A system created to store them all!

Description:

This is the BaBo drawer module 60.

The usable dimensions of the drawer are 240x210x60.

The drawer has space for 8x7 inserts.

The inserts have a grid of 30x30mm, this means a 1x2 insert has the dimensions 30x60mm.

BaBo organizer is a stationary, very flexible system to store your tools, spare parts and even printing plates. The design is based on the iconic look of the Bambu Lab X1 printer. The entire system uses only 1 type of screw, M3x8 countersunk screws.

I found some problems in the printing process. Why does the wavy pattern appear in the middle area only when printing the top of the drawer,It is normal when printing the previous layer.I used Bambu P1S, the material is PLA, the flow ratio is 0.98, the maximum volume speed is 21 ,the value of K is 0.025.And the printer made the sound of sawing wood when the wavy marks appeared, so I'm not sure if it's the probelm of belt.I hope someone can help me figure it out

You might want to print a bed level test and see if this problem shows up there too. https://makerworld.com/models/17910 If you have something straight, like a ruler, you can place it over the spot and see if there is an indentation.

我试了单层,但很光滑,这种波浪纹几乎只有在打印顶面的时候出现,是否是我的顶面速度调的太高了,谢谢你的回复and hope to continue to communicate with you

Long time ago was going to print this. very good design. All printed perfectly except drawer as it warped a bit from bed. It take all bed and there is no way to put kind of mouse ears. And actually it would be perfect as well if i would take 30mm version as it started to warp after 40+ mm printed. But overall Very happy. Just figured out I'm out of small screws. So have to wait now from Amazon as in my area I didn't find ones.

Hi Thanks for sharing! What colors/filaments are you using? Also the draw in the file looks to be 60mm deep but the pictures with the tools looks to be the standard 30mm height, where can I download the 30mm version?

The one in the pictures is gray Polymaker and black Sunlu. I've already tried Bambulab gray, it looks good too. I just didn't like the gray of Prusament, it had something yellowish to it.

Thanks for getting back to me! I worked out that the 30mm is on another design. A bit confusing because makerworld and then printables made it a complex mess to find the rest of your uploads. I did not have much luck printing with Polymaker filament (Polyterra Muted White). Did you have to adjust any settings for it? Really liking all of the designs and starting to print them! Going to support you over on the other site

I had tried PolyTerra but had problems, warping and very brittle. That's what's in the pictures was PolyLite PETG. Yes, you're right, the size of the system has made it confusing and publishing it on different sites doesn't make it any better.

I have not found any inserts that take advantage of the drawer module 60 extra height. Do you have any recommendations?

The 60mm drawer is for everything that doesn't fit into the 30mm drawer. There aren't many inserts yet. There will be boxes soon. Otherwise there are inserts for a Bosch go screwdriver, LTT screwdriver or the first stage feeder.
