I'm sorry that I cant make a case that will fit everyones shotgun shells exact. Unlike bullets, shotgun shells are measured (and then labeled) by their approximate length once fired. Because of this its hard to make/design a case that fits the exact length of a shell. For example, a shell labeled 2.5" (64mm) length can actually be 2.3" (58mm) before firing. On top of this, different manufacturers actual shell lengths will vary based on how tightly the shell is crimped, and the thickness of the shell. Thanks for understanding.

If the tray doesn't fit snug: Place a drop of superglue on each post and then press the tray onto the posts. Let the glue fully dry and before placing ammo inside, or before sliding the lid on. This is to prevent any superglue residue or “bloom” from getting on your ammo and lid.

When printing the tray that you stick the rounds into you may have to adjust the X-Y hole compensation in your slicer, depending on how well your printer is calibrated.
