English Introduction

This "Wire Spool for Electronic" is primarily designed for AWG 20 to 24 conductive wires. According to calculations using the Cable Reel Capacity Calculator, it can hold approximately 55 meters of AWG 22 conductive wire (with a wire width of 1.6mm).

Each spool consists of two halves that are pressed together. They should fit together quite snugly without separating, with a tolerance design gap of 0.1mm. However, it's essential to note that the exact fit may vary based on your specific 3D printing settings. It is recommended to perform flow calibration for precise results.

You can use instant adhesive to securely bond the two halves together. Additionally, I've included M3 lock attachment holes for structural reinforcement.

The only component not included in the 3D print is a crossbar measuring less than 14mm. You can easily obtain a 1/2-inch (12.7mm) steel pipe or wooden rod from a hardware store for this purpose.
