Hello disinterest,
just printed that part without any issues. Maybe you have to make some adjustment on your profile or slicing. I'll add another profile which is much slower. You can try this out.
Not the nicest print but it is functional. The used TPU was quite old and not tried before the print. Hence the surface is not perfect. I might repeat with new or dried TPU.
The new print is now much nicer (with dry tpu and a 0.6 mm nozzle). I decreased the infill to 5% and used gyroid infill pattern for more flexibility. thanks again for the nice model…
Not sure they really do much, but they printed well, fit well (although lining them up under the printer was a bit tricky, some double-sided tape would help) I will keep using them but not convinced they are doing much
Set the heatbed to 45 , use the standard filament profile for Generic TPU. set the retract to 1,2 mm retract speed to 35 mm/s and print with 40 - 70 mm/s speed.
I'm using the 95 A TPU which is a little harder. If you're using softer TPU, it might be problem for the extruder.
