8 arm spiral lamp that was designed for a project to be exhibited in a children's ward at the local hospital. The children would have something interesting to look at during the days when they were in for treatment.

A large light bulb with warm light is mounted in it. The lamp base is an IKEA "Hemma" item no. 103.865.77 and I have just removed the ceiling cover and mounted a normal socket on it instead.

The lamp is 216mm high including the base
The base is 110mm in diameter.

The base is also prepared to easily pull out the cord on the side. The lamp can stand as it is or be mounted on something via the prepared 4.9mm holes.

The base and the two upper parts are mounted either by using heat inserts in the holes that are 4.5mm into the two upper parts or by using a regular wood screw. I recommend the first option with heat inserts.

The entire lamp is in three parts and you change the lamp by dismantling one half of the upper part.

It is recommended to print it slowly and in the .3mf file a speed reduction is prepared when it gets further up. If you print too fast, there is a risk that the arms will flex and the result will be poor. The further up it is, the greater the chance that they will flex and the end result will be bad. Slow down!

No supports are needed.
