List of bikes with confirmed fitment: Devinci Troy, Devinci Django

I believe this guard should fit any bike using ISCG 05 (See final image for dimensions).

This is a bash guard I've been using for my 2020 Devinci Troy. I've been informed that it fits the Django as well. I'm looking to expand the list of compatible bikes if possible so let me know if yours isn't on the list!

Depending on how you bike, I recommend you experiment with different infill settings and number of walls. The default configuration I included is PETG with 6 walls and 55% triangle infill. This design is somewhat more fragile than what I run to help ensure the guard fails before anything else in a big hit.

You'll see that the one pictured is shattered from a 5' high jump directly casing a log on the lip of the next jump… Regardless, the guard did its job and the chainring is still in perfect condition.

I've personally used some with 100% infill and love them but try out the default settings and ensure you like the fitment before you commit to 100% infill. These things can take quite a beating at 100% infill but always inspect and replace as needed.

This model is currently undergoing testing and may have some revisions made in the future. I've done some extensive testing of prints made on different printers but this is the first time I'm using my Bambu P1S to print the file.

Next Planned Revision:

• I will look into the hardware I'm using and update this page. I left large counterbores that should fit most hardware.
