Description

I have downloaded and printed many types of elevated racks from various sites, but they have never been particularly ideal to use. For example, my machine is not next to people, and I need to automatically turn on the lights when printing, so that I can observe details through the camera. Another example is that the lights do not need to be turned on all the time. , but it can open automatically when changing the printing plate, and it can open automatically when people come near, such as the exhaust system, which does not need to exhaust when not printing, and can automatically open the exhaust fan according to the movement of the hot end, etc., etc., has not been used I found a suitable model design online, so I had to design one myself. Although it was not perfect, it basically solved most of my functional needs. The specific functions are as follows:

On November 17th, I found that the LED lampshade was a little loose when installed. I adjusted it and retested it. It was very tight. The file and configuration have been updated.

Optimization function description:
1. The LED light strip is miniaturized and occupies a relatively small area of the inner frame, surrounding the light strip.
2. Add a front fan to suck cold air into the interior of the chassis, and then discharge the hot air through the rear fan. You can close the door to play PLA & PETG in the summer.
3. Add a fan control switch to completely turn off the fan in winter and only exchange air through the exhaust grille.
4. Add human body sensor switch LED light outside the box.
5. Add the machine head movement sensor switch to exhaust fan and LED light. The fan and LED light will be turned off when there is no one or no printing tasks.

在各个站点下载打印了好多款增高架,但是使用起来一直都不是特别理想,例如我的机器不在人旁边,我需要打印时自动打开灯光,方便通过摄像头观察细节,再例如灯光不需要一直开着,但是换打印板的时候能自动打开,人走近了就自动打开,例如排风系统,不打印的时候不需要排风,能根据热端移动的情况自动打开排风扇,等等,一直没有在网上找到合适的模型设计,只好自己动手设计一款,虽然并不是很完美,基本解决了我大部分的功能需求,具体功能呢如下:

11.17日,发现LED灯罩装上去有点松垮,调整后重新测试,非常紧扣,已更新文件与配置

优化功能说明:
1.LED灯带小型化,占用内框面积比较小,环绕灯带。
2.增加前部风扇吸冷空气进入机箱内部,再通过后排风扇排出热空气,可以在夏季时候关门打PLA&PETG。
3.增加风扇控制开关,在冬季的时候彻底关闭风扇,只通过排气栅格来进行空气交换。
4.增加箱体外人体感应开关LED灯。
5.增加机头移动感应开关排风扇、LED灯,在没有人和没有打印任务时风扇、LED灯处于关闭状态。

你看看接线图,风扇一个是对内的感应器,外部是一个电源开关,只有外部开关打开才能运转,热端移动自动感应自动开风扇
