Description

I have always been fascinated by the tourbillon mechanism of watches.
For this reason I wanted to reproduce a small sample for Bambu Lab A1 printers by designing and creating a mechanical mechanism composed of 3 rotating gears.

This is still a prototype and it is right to present it, before perhaps someone has the same idea as me. So I'm posting it now that I've finished drawing it.

It hasn't been tested yet, anyone who wants can download the files and start assembling it.
I used minimum clearance or movement tolerances of the gears in such a way as to reduce vibrations, noise and above all that the largest gear protrudes from the vertical axis.

Unfortunately during this Christmas period there are no filaments and colors in the store to do this.

So if you have them, you are free to try it, but there is a risk.
I prefer to test things on my cars, so that if they break it's my fault.
I repeat again that if you want to accept the risk, you can download the files, mount and write with a private message telling me if there are problems or improvements to be made.
I think I have considered several simulations to avoid inconveniences.

Unfortunately, having the cover of the particular and long bindings, I preferred to choose the orientation on the printing plate in that direction.

Furthermore, to clarify, between the files you will find a spacer. This spacer must be placed on the right, i.e. on the opposite side to the "Master Gear" because it is used to prevent the "Radius Gear" from scratching against the extruder cover.

If you want to try and print it , before I do , I really appreciate and I will do as soon as the Bambu Lab ABS grey is avaible.

Sorry if I publish without having had the opportunity to print it with the colors and filaments I want, unfortunately I have to wait for supplies from the Bambu Lab Shop.

I will give you in next days instructions and more informations about how to assemble it.

Give me a like and follow my page.

If you need help or you want to be printed this parts or customized in different way, just send me a message here.

Thank you to support me and happy printing.

Nicht getestet vom Designer. Text steht auf dem Kopf. Clips halten nicht.

Da steht doch geschrieben. BBL Store ist leer! Wie soll es ausdrucken?

Replying to @EngineeringProj :
it would be nice if makerworld had a "work in progress" category... I have many designs I haven't fully vetted

I thought your concept was interesting so I made my own geared faceplate. https://makerworld.com/en/models/389167#profileId-290120

Thank you, I really like engineering parts and I thought this could be a good 1, so sorry you need to wait. But I need to buy the exactly filaments and colors, that now aren't in the Bambu Lab Shop. I will update with the description how to mount it
