Description

Hamburger maker - stamper - form:

This is a great tool to make your own hamburgers.

We had a party to organize and I wanted to make some nice burgers myself. Had to make 60 burgers and created this easy to use form. First I put a ball (around 150 gram) of meat in the ring and used the stamper to flatten. It has those nice ribs marked in the meat which are still visible after baking the meat.

I suggest putting a piece of foil below the burger before you form it, this makes it easy to handle the meat.

Everyone nejoyed the burgers :-)

  • Simple to print model
  • Scalable
  • No assembly
  • Great help making hamburgers
  • There is a rounded edge which you want to put towards the top, this makes an easy guide to insert the stamper
  • 1 plate

Dimensions:

  • Diameter ring: 115 mm
  • Height total: 40 mm

Print time and used material:

  • Print time of 2 parts: 3 hours
  • PLA Black filament, approximately 90gr

Optional and maybe better to use material: ASA or ABS.

When using PLA for this model, you cannot put it in the dishwasher as it probably will deform. Better to use ABS or ASA when you want to put in the dishwasher. There is a print profile included for ASA and ABS.

Food safety:

Printed parts are not food safe in terms of storing food. There is the possibility some bacteria can get between the layer lines. But if it comes to food handle and especially when the food is baked or cooked later, there is no problem using printed parts.

If you find my model useful, please like :-)
