Description

This is a heavy duty c clamp. The included profile is for PLA with 4 walls and 20% infill. This could absolutely be printed with other materials and different levels of infill to achieve different levels of strength. It prints in 3 pieces and assembly is easy. Thread the threaded shaft through the body and then thread the foot onto the end of the shaft. The foot can be glued on but it is not necessary.

Maybe it's because I used to clamps from a shop, but this one is too flexible. I plan to reinforce it with metal sheet on the long side, otherwise it is useless for me.

Strange. Works perfectly fine on all of the ones I’ve printed. No one else has reported issues either. Maybe there is an issue with your filament or calibration. Filament that has moisture in it can swell after it comes out of the nozzle.

I used it to pin my power bar underneath my desk. Double sided tape on its own didn't work, but the combination was perfect. Thanks!
