Description

Deburring Toolbox for AFA Tooling 150mm with slots for the spare blades.

 

You will need six 20 mm long M3 screws to assemble the box. The optional magnet used for holding the tool in place is 6mm x 3mm.

 

Edit: I added an extra plate to the profile for those that dont have the 6 x 20mm M3 screws. I used these on my box without issues. (see pics) Please print the 6 pins as orientated flat on the plate for strength. They will be a tight fit and may need a light sanding to get them to snug in.

Came out great. the plastic screw alterntives dident work to great, but i made it work

Nice job. Appreciate the pics and comments. The plastic hinge pins etc were only something I added so people could make the box if they had no screws/bolts. They do require a little sanding/finessing to get them to fit but do the job as intended. Mine is still functioning just fine with the plastic pins since I uploaded the model. 👍

I increased wall loops and top/bottom layers to 3 and increased infill to 45% since I was printing with PLA instead PLA+ or ABS. Case is rock solid
