Description

Before starting to print the helmet, check if your head fits well printing the dimension test

Helmet visor: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B078YYQVWN/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_10?smid=A3R2BN8GAL312Z&psc=1

If you don't want to spend money for this item, you can print your own visor (in the profiles list), but the result could not be perfect.

If you have some issues printing accessories (bottom ears could fall), you can print them separately. The profiles are available in the list.

11/16/2023 UPDATE: Added a new 1:1 (100%) scale version sectioned into 4 parts to glue. The accessories have also been adapted to size.

Has anyone figured out how to cleanly remove the "remove me" section of the visor?

Use a dremel or a little saw tool for driller. Is very easy to remove

I used my needle nose and finished with my wife nail file. 😈 and then put it back hehehe

I tried to cut/pry take them out with a knife. Got a little ways then cracked through the ears. Don’t do what I did. I’ll have to start over. I put some modifiers in at the top and bottom of the “remove me” section to make the walls thinner there. its probably the only reason I got anywhere with my knife. I think it would be a good tweak in general.

HEAD DIMENSION TEST
Great file, head dimension test fits. I was not able to print the helmet without support - big problems at the top. Second print I put some support at the top and reduced the speed to 50%. Result will be shown if successful.

I'm so sorry. Probably the material or the cooling are not so good. I was able to print it without problems

Other than the banding every few cm it printed very well. Could be my printer but it's less than a month old. Checking belts and other stuff now.

Love it! It was 98% good for me, and there was even room left for the sponge.

Printed great, would recommend. The test fit did not lead me astray either.

The top section sagged a bit, not perfect. And the visor section was very difficult to remove.
