Funnel for AMS silica/dry pods

 

Perfect funnels for big (three in the middle) and small (two slimone on the corner) silica dry pods for Bambu Lab AMS or AMS Silica Dry Box for Aqara Humidity Sensor 👌😍

Most funnels for the popular pods are inserted, have to be held by hand and do not allow the pods to be filled to the brim…😒

 

These funnels are very easily put on instead of the lid (but specifically not as tight as the lid!) and stay on the pods by themselves and can be comfortably held together with the pod on the funnel handle! In addition, the pods can be easily filled to the brim because they are clipped on from the outside.👌

 

A beautiful bamboo logo fits perfectly on the handle and there is a small grip-bar at the bottom, which is very comfortable to hold!
 

Print / Install Instructions (or just use one of my print-profiles!)

  • place them with the logo on the build plate
  • first layer line width: 0,38 (0.4 mm Nozzle) (for perfect look of the bambu-logo)
  • first layer speed: 20ms per second (for perfect look of the bambu-logo)
  • 2 perimeter, 5 top, 3 bottom layer, 20% infill
  • top surface pattern: Concentric
  • bottom surface pattern: Concentric
  • print layer height: 0.2mm
  • WALL generator: Arachne

It works perfectly when adding or removing silica from the corresponding AMS dry box system. Cherry on top, you can stack them into each other to save space. I don't know if this was intentional or accidental, but it is a nice feature.

I printed these to fill the holders I plan to make for my AMS. The printed really nice. I'm still learning my way around the AMS so I ended up w/ White instead of Blue for my main color. I'll learn. There is a seam on the left one. I'm still learning and I suspect the seam is my fault. First time I've had show up on my print. These turned out really nice and in white they are really crisp looking.

Great help to fill silica pods. Suggestion for the next version: Make a small dent on one side to return overflowing silica back to the original container.
