Desktop Organizer - Slide Box

I want to introduce my multi usable slide box

The cover is slideable and disappear magically in the bottom

!! Important befor assembling !!

!!watch out !! put the inlay tray befor glueing the last side, after assembling its no more possible to put a tray!!

Instructions

dont use too much glue, otherwise the lid possibly glued together.

Keep under pressure for a min.
let dry for 5min.

This is no remix, some people might think i remixed those. No !!! It‘s my own design and got no template to create them. I can proof every single step in fusion360. There are similarities , yes of course, but thats normal, but the build and the total modell is created diffrently.

bei den mittel teil welches im „stehen“ gedruckt wird ich musste mit 3DLack nachhelfen

Kann ja dann nur an deinem Filamenten profil liegen. die haftung kann doch nur durch die temperatur des betty erhöht werden. da kann ich ja nix tun🤷🏻‍♂️bett mindestens 60graad für pla. dann hällt das ohne 3d lack, ich verwende niemals 3d lack.

Pretty well designed print, can me modified to organize anything. The lid needs some lubricant or something to get it working. I used 2 drops of 3 in 1 oil. Got a red booger in the wording but not the prints fault.

弯曲的地方容易蹦开，加了M1.2x8的螺钉，好多了。 The curved part is easy to pop open. After adding M1.2x8 screws, it is much better.

Quite nice print but I had some adhesion problems with one of the side. Also gluing it together is a little tricky because the cover was falling out of the top all the time.

i do at nearly every print 1.02 first layer flow, it helps adhesion. for glueing i will put better advice, the best is to glue one side first without the door, let dry a bit, than put the door the tray and glue the laste side.

printed the tea box on my wife’s request in light blue PLA, the lid was also printed in the same colour. Added some lubricant in the “rails” for some smooth sliding.

Overall an excellent job, but we need to fix the front part which tends to move away from the box body (the other user put the screws, but I solved it with a bit of glue).
