Description

Handle for continuous loop resistance bands for performing stretching/yoga/mobility or any other fitness training with resistance bands.

 

May be printed in the (1) uploaded print orientation (recommended for flexible materials such as TPU) or (2) with the flat side of the cylinder on the build plate - no supports are required for either orientation. The model shown in the photos was printed with Bambu TPU 95A HF. A soft, flexible material such as TPU has high toughness, good layer adhesion, and won't damage the bands - other materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.) may be used as well but may be more prone to cracking or causing damage to the bands. It is recommended to print harder materials in the (2) orientation.

 

Overall dimensions are shown below. 1-½" (approx. 38mm) handle diameter.

 

 

Handle has been tested with the bands shown below but should work with any continuous loop type resistance bands.

 

I have printed and tested these handles with multiple materials and have not had any failures, but use these at your own risk!
