We bought a new TV, and a soundbar, and realized that the way we place this, the sound bar would block a few inches of the TV screen. So, I made this design, for a large stand, which not only looks nice (neutral), but also gives that extra distance to allow for the soundbar to sit nicely in front of it.
The design comes in three versions, all which are size 19"x9"x3" which is perfect for modern LG TV stands (but more on customization later):
It's possible to resize these parts, within some margins, without editing the designs. However, I'm including the F360 and the .step files for each of the three designs. In Fusion 360, they are all fully constrained, and parameterized, and I suggest starting with the following parameters:
I've printed these with moderate infills, 10-15%, with good results. However, I'd suggest printing this with some adaptive infills (such as PrusaSlicer's “Support Cubic”), where the infill is reasonable tight for the top layers. Otherwise, with too much bridging, the top layers will not look nice.
I've printed these with 0.6mm nozzles, with two perimeters, and 5 bottom and top layers (but again, make sure your top layers don't sag due to poor infills and internal support).
