Description

Euro Coin Sorting Machine

New functional update => Changelog @ bottom

Money sorting machine for 0,01€-2€ coins.

It sort automatic the 8 different € Coins for the external diameter.

Simple throw the coins into the tube and lift the whole machine after all is sorted.

Works like a charm!

The Print is compatible with the USB Motor from Bambulab components kit 003 / 005 /007 / 009

Its possible to turn the gear manually without attached motor as well!

Works perfect as education toy for kids or just sort the money in your office.

  • Easy Print.
  • Quick plug and play assembly
  • No screws or other tools needed, but feel free to secure! The option is there.

Don't forget to like👍 and subscribe😉 and as always Happy Printing!

Assembly:

Before assemble check the holes are smooth, give the edges a little cut if they are to sharp.

Troubleshot:

  1. Make sure the holes where the coins fall down are not too edgy. Cut a little bit with a deburring tool if coins stuck.
  2. Insert the coins first, than start the motor. In this way there should be no problems.
  3. Keep in mind 50 cent has a greater diameter than 1€! Correct sorting order is 1ct/2ct/10ct/5ct/20ct/1€/50ct/2€
1€ comes before 50cent

Change-log

V1.2 (04.03.24) I gave the coins more tolerance / tuned the inlet of the tubes slightly ellipse. I hope that will help some users to get it work properly => Changes only on "Base" Part.

V1.1 New Upgrade with additional Base with removable Tubes and some little Design changes!

Try to insert coins first, than start the motor. In this way it shouldn't give any problems.

i did IT exact that way but the proplems IS you need 4 € coins a 2 way system because the 50 Cent is big Like one Euro. that. sucks extreme . you have Always wrong coins in the Slot.

Hm i don't know my 1€ coins are smaller than 50cent. 2€/50ct/1€/20ct/5ct/10ct/2ct/1ct is the order the machine sort it. I made a gif just for you, to check with 4x50ct and 4x1€. Beside that you can prove the edges where the coins fall. You can deburr the ones a little bit, where coins stuck. Be fair not every printer do the same quality and you should rate the print profile itself.

Thank you for review. Little tip: Insert the coins first, than start the machine, that fix the small coin issue😉 I don't have any constructive idea to solve

Hi, kann ich dir helfen? Was funktioniert nicht richtig?
