*** Link to v2.0 of this dock if you would rather use that design - https://makerworld.com/en/models/178613 (this will require magnets and replaces the need for the original magnetic dock) ***
Note: This design changes no stock parts on either the Panda Touch or the Bambu lab printer, this is just and additional mount to attach the Panda Touch to the printer.
*** Update like I have add on my V2 I have add a small hole for the full surround mount to allow access to push the buckle on the stock screen when you want to remove it in the future, this allows you to slip a small allen key through ***
*** Update I have added a new mount based on requests with a cable channel available on the other side and a stand off so stock screen buttons should not get pressed (unless you push down hard on the bottom right have corner) ***
Ever since I saw the new panda touch screen I though using @TeachingTech design would be a great addition and make your P1 printer look even more like the X1.
I have now update the design to have a cable channel in the mount so it does not bind on the screen when lowered.
I have also add on a different adapter that surrounds the screen to use this you will need to remove the screen and release the cable then install the mount and plug the cable back in. This mount will be more secure to the movement of the screen and is based on MorikoStyles design that i was using previously.
You will need some longer screws to attach the top two mounting points as the ones supplied are not long enough I used 6mm ones i had lying around.
Hardware
2 x M3 x 4mm countersunk bolts for attaching the bottom points to the charging dock. (these are the stock ones that come with the screen)
2 x M3 x 6mm countersunk bolts for attaching the top mounting points to the charging dock.
2 x M3 x 12mm bolts for attaching the enclosure to the adaptor.
Any other ideas shout and might be able to incorporate.
