Hallo A1 Community,

Ich habe eine Halterung entworfen, um Filament Trockenboxen auf dem Bambu Lab A1 zu montieren und direkt daraus zu drucken. 

Die Halterung besteht aus zwei einzelen Teilen, die einfach auf die obere Querstrebe des A1 geclipt werden. Die Filament-Trockenbox wird auf den Halterungen platziert und hat dann einen festen Sitz auf dem A1. Da sich der Schwerpunkt der Box fast senkrecht über dem Portal des A1 befindet, entstehen keine ungewünschten Vibrationen oder Schwingungen, die sich negativ auf den Druck auswirken könnten. Außerdem ist durch die geschickte Gewichtsverteilung keine Verstärkung der Z-Achse notwendig, wie es beispielweise bei der Montage des AMS lite auf dem A1 der Fall wäre.

Die Halterungen haben einen ziemlich festen Sitz und müssen vorsichtiger, aber mit ausreichender Kraft angebracht werden. Da die Halterungen zum Anbringen etwas flexibel sein müssen, sollten sie nur mit 2 Wandlinien gedruckt werden. 

Durch die Öffnungen an der Unterseite können Kabelbinder angebracht werden, damit die Halterungen zusätzlich fixiert und gesichert sind. Ich Nutze die Halter bisher aber auch ohne Kabelbinder erfolgreich. 

Neben der Filament-Box hat sogar noch der mitgelieferte Spulenhalter platz.

Hello A1 Community

I have designed a bracket to mount filament dry-boxes on the Bambu Lab A1 and print directly from them.

The bracket consists of two individual parts that easily clip onto the upper crossbar of the A1. The filament dry-box is placed on the brackets, securing it firmly on the A1. Since the center of gravity of the box is almost perpendicular above the A1's portal, there are no unwanted vibrations or oscillations that could negatively impact the print. Additionally, due to the clever weight distribution, there is no need to reinforce the Z-axis, as would be the case, for example, when mounting the AMS lite on the A1.

The brackets have a rather snug fit and need to be attached with caution but sufficient force. Since the brackets need to be somewhat flexible for attachment, they should be printed with only 2 wall lines.

Cable ties can be attached through the openings at the bottom to additionally secure and fix the brackets in place. However, I have been using the brackets successfully without cable ties as well.

In addition to the filament box, there is even space for the included spool holder of the A1.
