Description

Munitions Boxen zum anpassen

 

Infill für .308 und 7X57R vorhanden

Kann verändert werden je nach Länge und Durchmesser der Patronen.

STL / 3Mf / STEP-Dateien enthalten. (erstellt mit Solid Edge)

 

Wenn ihr das Kaliber gravieren wollt einfach im Slicer einen Text erstellen ihn als Modifier umändern und die “Embeded depth” auf 2 stellen.

 

-0,2mm Schichthöhe

-20%Infill

 

Erforderliche Schrauben und Muttern:

 

- 8x M3x20

- 8x M3 Mutter

 

Montage:

 

- Das Infill muss evtl. mit einem Gummihammer bis ganz unten eingepresst werden sonst schließt der Deckel nicht ganz ab.

!0,5mm Luft zum Boxboden ist mitgerechnet!

Falls es zu locker reingeht würde ich ein paar Tropfen Sekundenkleber verwenden.

 

- Die M3-Muttern habe ich per zugtechnik in die versenkungen eingeschraubt.

(einfach das jeweilige Verschlussteil ansetzen die M3-Schraube einschrauben bis es nicht mehr weiter geht dann die Mutter ansetzen und die Mutter einziehen lassen)

 

Update:

 

Einfachen Verschluss hinzugefügt

M3 Schraube am Boden einschrauben da diese als Riegel dient.

If you want to engrave the caliber, simply create a text in the slicer, change it as a modifier and set the "Embeded depth" to 2.

 

-0.2mm layer height

-20%Infill

 

Required nuts and bolts:

- 8x M3x20

- 8x M3 nut

 

Assembly:

- The infill may have to be pressed in with a rubber mallet to the very bottom, otherwise the lid will not close completely.

!0.5mm of air to the bottom of the box is included!

If it goes in too loosely, I would use a few drops of superglue.

- I screwed the M3 nuts into the recesses using the pull technique.

(simply attach the respective locking part, screw in the M3 screw until it doesn't go any further, then put the nut on and let the nut retract)

 

Update:

 

Added easy closure

Screw in the M3 screw on the floor as this serves as a latch.

Other Issues:Prints ok but the hinge & lock mechanism is too complicated. Please think about tweaking the design so that the hinges & locks are more like traditional tough boxes. like this one https://makerworld.com/en/models/53759#profileId-55535
