very stringy but probably a filament issue

Yes, definitely too stringing. If you don't want to reprint it with another filament, use a lighter (a torch would be preferable, but on black you won't notice the difference) and quickly go over the stringing. You will see that the smaller ones will vanish while for the larger ones they must be removed manually
