I already know what it's like when I change it to the Bambu Lab A1 mini it reduces in size and I lose the yellow and white layers, do you know how I can fix that?

You should not start your printing from bambu handy. Download the .stl and use bambu studio. Then add your M601 commands on the layers to pause the printing and change the filament. Should work.
