BUCKLES: Should fit on any printer. I've included a 1" and 0.75" version; he has four small ones on his collar, six on his chest, and another six on his left arm/bracer –– you can decide if you want to use the small or larger ones for that.

HIP: Should fit on most printers, but the widest point is 259mm, so you'll need a printer that is at least 250mm on the diagonal.

All 8 hip segments print separately, so you can scale and adjust position of each part individually; this makes for much easier fitting. At 100% scale and positioned the same way I have it in the render (and on Vincent) it works out to be 18" from top to bottom.

SHOULDERS: Should fit on any printer, but the widest point is 180mm and length is 250mm, so you'll need a printer that is at least 250mm tall.

The shoulder and bicep pieces print separately, and the shoulder has slots for straps to attach to the costume. The shoulders also have a convenient point, giving your cape that "pointy" silhouette, as well as being convenient for shoulder padding.

LEG: Should fit on any printer, but I advise at least 200mm tall. Some pieces may need to go on angles. I've included a whole version for people who want to slice their own.

Look: legs are extremely hard to model for in a way that is modular to different people, as a result, there's some design choices here that may make it strange to print, but ultimately way easier to customize.

Each calf breaks down into a front, a back, and a main under part. The main underpart comes in SHORT and LONG; you can also simply omit it if you'd rather build something custom from fabric or foam, and still get the decorative elements by printing the front and the calf. The knee and back of knee are also separate. You should be able to print them separately to suit yourself best.

I've also included a version that is good for rigid printing (as you will need to clap it around your leg) and a version that can be printed in TPU. The TPU version has a slit up the back you can cut open to slip into the leg before closing it up with velcro or similar. I suggest TPU95A, as it's strong enough to stand up nicely.

The shoe is sized for a women's size 9 by default, which is a men's 6. I suggest starting with a few pieces first to see what fits your shoe, and then scale everything else accordingly.

GAUNTLET: The gauntlet needs 250mm to stand fully upright. Includes print files for rigid prints and TPU 95A prints.

The TPU95A versions have a seam modelled in that you can cut open to get in and out.

All the finger parts have a couple variation: plain fingers, ridged fingers, merged rings/loops, separate loops/rings! You should plan to test print a bunch to figure out which sizes work best for you, as there is no way to size these buggers to account for finger sizes, glove thickness, etc. They are very very modular so have fun!
