So finally completed - after quite a few weeks of computer design, iterative prints and changes (many failures).

We have THE Modular Suppressor for your airsoft needs.

It can be put together in different ways.

It supports internal tracer units (Acetech Brighter C or comparable size).
It supports internal muzzle flash style tracer units (Acetech Bifrost or comparable size).
You can have your internal base tracer with baffles in the top.
You can have your internal muzzle tracer with baffles in the bottom.
It can be built using just the internal baffles (these are modelled after real world suppressor baffles).

As standard it comes with a 14CCW attachment/base.
I have also modelled a MK23 & SSG10 attachment/base (I can look at other thread types if demand is there e.g. MP7)

The Ultimate Modular 3D Printed Suppressor designed from the ground up.

I can't find anything that exists with this flexibility (if it does let me know).

24/04/2024 - Update
Added V2 of the Top Baffle and Bottom Baffle, this adds a pair of handles in the top of each to make it easier to unscrew/screw into the threads in each section. Let me know any other feedback for improvements etc - make sure the baffles are printed so the 14CCW thread is at the top, this is designed to be printed supportless this way :)

15/05/2024 - Update
Added a V3 of the Top Baffle - this has slightly reduced the height (not removing any baffles) and also increase the size of the thread to enable an easier/smoother fit onto the Top Tube section.

I've also created an Adapter Base to Top Tube conenctor based on a users comments - this should enable you to just use to top tube on a base - this is just a plain connector (no pattern).

19/05/2024 - Edit - Added STL files for those who cant use STEP files - also allows previews in Cults3D

I've included a 3MF which shows the correct orientation.

I've printed this a 0.1 or 0.12mm layer height - supports and brims are required on some items, again this is captured on the 3MF and in the images.

4 perimeters/walls for strength.

I've provided STEP files for better quality print capabilities.
