Description

Probes attached to my portable oscilloscope can get untidy. The problem gets worse when I move my oscilloscope around. The probes dangle and can get caught and break. To help reduce this dangle problem (but not eliminate), I came up with this design to allow the attached probes to be "parked". The wire loops still dangle, but every little bit helps.

 

The probes holder allows one or two attached probes to be easily accessed and stowed/parked, too. My design is specifically for the Fnirsi 1013D portable oscilloscope.

 

The holder has an integrated tightener to make the holder stay in-place. I use an M4 (4mm) x 20mm screw with a heat insert M4 nut. You could instead just use a 4mmx20mm self-tapping screw, too.

 

My print is made in Bambu Lab PLA Tough Gray filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer. Print supports required.
