Description

The Heated Bed MOSFET Box top opening is too small. This will fix that. Also Includes Wire Grommet.

 

 

Optional Upgrades to model:

Panel Mount Fuse Holder Optional to fuse for LED light circuit.

Dust Mesh Filter : create your own filter to place in cover to help keep dust out.

Installation:

External Models: Route X-Axis Cable on outside of cover

Internal Models: Route X-Axis Cable on inside of cover

 

Installation of Fuse termination to power supply. I recommend using ferrules here is a cheap kit:Ferrule Crimping Tool Kit

 

 

 

 

 

 

Optional: Knock-off Wago connectors I used from amazon. Shop around probably find a better price. Look for one with the mounting bracket included. Lever Wire Connectors

 

 

Mounting:

  • Mainboard Cover: Four M3x12 Screws. (Optional Countersink for better look)
  • If you are needing some bolts to do this project here, you go.
  1. Hex Socket Head Screws Nuts Bolts and Washers Set Assortment M2 M3 M4 M5
  2. Countersunk Hex Head Screws Nuts and Bolts and Flat Washers Assortment M2 M3 M4 M5

Use This model with Mainboard Cover and PSU Cover.

 

Print Instructions for Squares, Honeycomb and Stock

  • -No supports needed

 

Print Instructions for Blanks: Make your own custom design using slicers infill patterns:

 

  • No supports needed.
  • 0 Bottom Layers
  • 0 Top Layers
  • 4 Wall Loops
  • Pick your Infill of choice.
  • Pick your infill percentage play with this to get desired pattern.

 

Example:
  • 40% Infill
  • Trangle Infill
  • 0 Bottom Layers
  • 0 Top Layers
  • 4 Wall Loops
