That's user error. My guess would be bed adhesion for the other part of the model. What printer are you using?

Beautiful! I love the colour you have printed yours in. What brand of filament did you use?

There was one nearly catastrophic moment at 84%, when the nozzle almost tore one of the arms off. This caused some minor stringing in mom's left armpit, but somehow it recovered and finished the print without further issue. As others have suggested, I might slow it down a bit to prevent disaster with the thin arm pieces.

Yes, seems like you need to slow it down a bit if using a bed slinger.

had to print it twice, first time with default profile my A1 sent the child flying off the print bed around 75% thru the print. slowed it down on the printer to 50% speed and had zero issues. 🖤

Is ok, but would be a bit cleaner in the overhang area with supports

Very nice design, with bambulab a1 mini and generic PLA I had difficulty printing without supports, excellent results using tree support.

Is your printer a bed slinger? Seems this print needs to slow down for that style of printer.

P1S, print would be half way up the childs arm in print height then the nozzle would knock the childs arm and send it flying. I'm newish to 3d printing but my guess would be temp/cooling related as I think the childs arm is kind of warping ever so slightly, just enough to clip it while traveling from mother to child. I just changed to silent mode from the top of the childs head to completed bridge. Thanks
