Customizable Ground Spike

Have an outdoor light with a broken spike? With this you can generate a new one to replace it!

The included models are what worked for my lights, but you can customize basically everything about these spikes.

I heavily recommend using the scad file to generate your own; there are too many variations of outdoor lighting available and these values that worked for me are not likely to work for you.

Printing Recommendations

• Horizontal orientation recommended for strength.
• I recommend printing in two pieces and gluing together, but if you don't mind removing some support it will probably print fine as one piece.

Warnings

• Only push into soft or wet ground, and even then use caution; these are plastic spikes and could break and cut you if using too much force. IF IT FEELS LIKE TOO MUCH FORCE, IT IS.
• Designed and tested with PETG in mind; PLA may work, but models may need tweaking for proper strength.
